Quiet, clean and spacious hotel to recommend.
The sleeping room and all rooms (kitchen, showers, common areas) were very spacious, clean and quiet.
A bit far from the center but nothing dramatic.

What was the highlight of Goiglo Hotel & Hostel
"scandinavian living and sleeping" hotel with attention to the design
interesting accomodation, our first night in Finland. It was just a overnight stop before going further to Oulanka national park, so except the bed, cozy room and the breakfast we did not need much. it was just 5 km from Kuusamo airport, but only transport was quite expensive taxi. It is nicely decorated place in simple scandinavian design. Visit a simple gym upstairs and try the neck relaxer and the trigger point massager, or just relax in the hanging chair. We did not experienced noisy doors or thin walls, but we were maybe too tired to notice that. Breakfast was great, staff nice. Sorry we did not have time to experience surrondings nor the city.
there was no toilet paper on shared bathroom since 8pm till 9am, and there was nobody to tell. So this is the only negative we found.

An adequate room at a good price in a central location
We loved the price. Our room was adequate though it would have been nice to have a little more storage space. Our hostess was friendly and helpful though on occasion difficult to find. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and the signal in our room weak or non-existent. Nevertheless it suited our needs as we were out most of the day enjoying nature, We loved the fact that we had access to a communal kitchen
